Public Finance
Requisites: Political Economics, Western Economics
Content: The course is the study of the effects of government activities on national economy, also the scope and patterns of government activities. The course is divided into five parts. At first, there is fundamental theory, which explains market failures, public goods, externalities and pubic choice. Secondly, expenditure theory illustrates public provision, pubic production and various governmental expenditures. The third, revenue theory analyzes basis principles of taxation, the effects of taxation on efficiency and income distribution, also public pricing. The forth part is macro-fiscal theory, which explains the relationship between aggregate demand and supply, also the effects that government policies put on national revenue and price level. Lastly, fiscal administration theory analyzes organic system of public sector.
 
State-Owned Asset Management
Requisites: Public Finance
Content: The course is the study of fundamental principles and system of management of national assets. It introduces the management of profitable state-owned enterprises, also of non-profitable state-owned enterprises, management of non-enterprise national assets, international comparison of management of national assets.

Content: The course is the study of fundamental theories and administration methods of public debt. It includes the history and forms of public debt, the issue, circulation and repayment of pubic debt, public debt market, the effects of public debt on economy, the scale and structure of public debt, also its administration and supervision.
 
Course Name: Local Public Finance

Content: The course is the study of scope and patterns of local government activities. It includes fundamental theory that explains the necessity of local finance existence; fiscal system that researches the relationship between the central government and localities; local expenditure and revenue; and local fiscal policies.

Content: The course focuses on how the government formulates and implements the behavioral principles of how to formulate and carry out the development and use of natural and social resources.  The main contents are: the definition of public policy, the subject and object of public policy, formulation of public policy, implementation of public policy, assessment of public policy, policy relations between the central government and the local government, the major theoretical models of public policy analysis.  Through the study of this course, the learner is able to have a good command of the basic concepts, theories, knowledge and methods of analysis of public policy systematically.

Content: The contents of this course mainly include: leadership and leaders, people being led, leadership functions and principles, leadership and decision, leader and selection of people, leaders and persuasion, leadership system, leader characteristics, leadership methods, leadership art, leadership style, performance assessment of leadership.  Through the study of this course, basic theory and basic law of leadership science should be understood, basic methods of leadership should be grasped and the theoretical knowledge is to be combined with practice so as to improve leadership performance.
 
Management Communication

Content: Communication is one of the most important parts of management. Effective communication is useful to decision-making, organizing, human resource management, department coordination and corporate communication. The teaching purpose of management communication is to help students know the basis of management communication, grasp the core communication strategies, and be familiar with the communication channels. Based on case analysis and discussion, the students can know the basic communication skills, especially the presentation skills, team communication skills, so as to establish the foundation of effective communication for future work and life. The main contents of this course include: introduction of management communication, communication strategy, listening, writing, making presentation, negotiation, interview, meeting and so on.

Secretarial Science

Content: Secretarial science is a science that researches secretary’s work, the characteristics and rules of secretary activities. It is a synthetic and applied science. Students can master the basic theory of secretarial science and the basic method of secretary activities by learning the class so that students can be ready to do secretarial work in the future. There are two parts. The first part is the basic knowledge and theory of secretarial science. It is includes the concepts of secretary, secretary work, secretarial science; the secretary history development, the secretary organization; the quality, capacity, the mental character,gender character; how to train and identify; the secretary social activities; the secretary role consciousness; the relationship with other people. The second part is the basic skill of secretary. It is includes: collecting and researching information; office-writing; file management; meeting organizing; the working for complaint letter and visit; communicating and harmonizing; office management, message, checking, secrecy, reception, watch, date-arrangement.

Content: This course enables students to profoundly understand the development process of modern administrative management, and knowledge about administrative organization, administrative functions, administrative decisions, administrative leadership, personnel administration, public finance, and Chinese and western administrative reform, through the study of various subjects and case analysis, discussions and reference booking reading about administrative management.  And students can grasp the general framework of administrative theories adequately on the basis of the aforementioned knowledge skills and knowledge. 
 
Comparative Political System

Content: This course studies typical political systems of the countries of the contemporary world. It mainly includes, the format, change and current situation of the western political system, including election system, political system, parliamentary system, government administrative system, judiciary system, and non-state entity political system. The strong points and weak points and influences of political systems of all countries will be analyzed and compared through the understanding of brief situation of political system of the western countries. Students will understand basic knowledge of western political system, have a good command of the principles of its framework, organization format, operation function, and analyze its influence on the development of society and political lives.

Content: This course deeply and systematically illustrates the main Content of the management system of public servants of our country and all kinds of relevant regulations, such as the responsibilities and rights of civil servants, the classification of posts, examination and recruitment, evaluation, reward and punishment, promotion and demotion, training, exchange, resignation, dismissal and remuneration package etc. And it also carries out appropriate comparison between China and foreign countries and case analyses. Statistical Prediction and Decision

Contents: The main topics are: prediction summarization, qualitative prediction method, regression analysis prediction, time series smoothness prediction, trend extrapolation prediction, gray system prediction; decision-making generality, stochastic decision-making analysis, multi-stage and sequential decision-making, multi-objective decision-making, fuzzy decision-making and Markov prediction and decision.

Contents: Stochastic processes is a subject to analyze the random phenomenon which varies with the space and time and build models. It is applied broadly in the fields of physics, biology, engineering, psychology, computer science, economics and management. This course is to help students to grasp the fundamental theories and methods in stochastic processes, stochastic processes models and their application background. Applied Regression Analysis   
Requisite: Mathematical Analysis, Advanced Algebra, Mathematical Statistics, Probability Theory, Mathematical Model
Contents: By learning this course, students should grasp the theories and methods of statistical modeling and some basic theories and skills of applied statistics. Moreover, they are required to solve practical problems by computer. The main contents of this course include: the principles and methods of statistical modeling, the estimation, testing and diagnosis of linear regression model, the theories and analytic methods of time series model, robust estimation theory, a simple introduction of general model and non-parameter model.
 
Time Series Analysis  
Requisite: Mathematical Statistics, Mathematical Model, Finance
Contents: Time series model is an important part of the practical financial models and is the application of time series analysis in various financial fields such as stock market, bond market, financial derivative instrument market and foreign exchange market. Financial time series analysis applies to low and high frequency data and involves time domain analysis, spectral domain analysis, regression analysis and concentrative analysis. The main research contents are the modeling of price or returns series and correspondent volatility and risk. The main contents of this course include: modeling of single stationary time series and single non-stationary time series, non-linear modeling of single series, cointegration and vector autoregression modeling, etc.
 
Applied Multivariate Statistical Analysis

Contents: Multivariate statistical analysis is developed quickly on the foundation of mathematical statistics. It is widely applied in every field of natural science and social science and it is the indispensable important tool to handle multivariate data. It helps students to understand the basic principles and methods in multivariate analysis and prepare for their future research work or application development and management work in the fields of science and technology, information industry, economy, finance. The main topics are: matrix algebra, multivariate normal distribution, discrimination and classification, principle components, factor analysis, canonical correlation analysis.
 
Preliminary to Mathematics Theory and Financial
Requisite: Higher Mathematical, Mathematical Analysis, Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics, Finance
Contents: The contents of this course are divided into two parts. The first part is a preliminary of theory that focuses on introducing the basic concepts of the futures and options. At the same time, some ideas of hedging will be presented in the part. The second part is the empirical model of derived products. The main topics are discrete-time financial model theory, including market completeness, the basic nature of no-arbitrage, and financial product design methods and tools.
 
Monetary and Financial Statistics
Requisite: Macro-economics, Finance
Contents: This course mainly introduces the basic principle, significance, models of financial statistical analysis, credit statistics, cash income & expenses andcurrency circulation statistics,foreign finance statistical analysis, finance market statistics, insurance statistics and so on. It helps students to understand the basic principle, statistical method and indices, and prepare for their future job of financial statistical data analysis and forecast inpractical business.
 
Data Analysis and Statistical Software
Requisite: Probability Theory, Statistics, Applied Multivariate, Statistical Analysis
Contents: The course introduces how to use statistical software to deal with the data analysis problems. The contents include two parts: practical statistical methods and statistics software. The practical statistical techniques discussed include basic statistical analysis, linear model (ANOVA and regression), attribute data analysis, classification (distinguish and cluster), multivariable methods (principle component analysis, factor analysis, classical correlation analysis), etc. In the statistics software part, SAS (international popular statistical software package) are introduced.
 
Social Statistics and the Methods of Social Survey Research
Requisite: Statistics
Contents: This course helps students to understand the basic principles, methods and technologies of modern social statistics and social survey research. The main contents include: the research design of statistical survey, survey methods, the statistical sorting and analysis of information (contingency table, correlation measurement, inferential statistics, regression analysis, variance analysis, cluster analysis, factor analysis, principal component analysis), the composing of investigation report and the appliance of SPSS.
 
Statistical Analysis of Financial Market
Requisite: Finance, Investment, West Economic, Stock Market Theory
Contents: The contents of this course are divided into two parts. The first part emphasizes the familiar category of finance investment. Particularly, the method and technique of stock certificate investment are presented as a central topic. The rules of teaching focus on technique analysis method and basic situation analysis method. The second part introduces the option of opportunity from market entrance, and the method of the income maximization, and the actual situation practice based on operating mechanism for controlling risk.
 
Principles of Taxation
Requisites: Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Public Finance, Accounting
Contents: Taxation is a payment levied by government for which no goods or service is received directly in return - that is, the amount of tax people pay is not related directly to the benefit people obtain from the provision of a particular goods or service. Such a wide variety of taxes exist that it is useful to attempt to classify them. A standard, but not very useful classification of taxes is into direct and indirect taxation. The two central principles of taxation relate to the impact of tax on efficiency (concerned with the allocation of resources) and equity (concerned with the distribution of income. Other principles relate to the cost of operation of the tax system, to its flexibility and certainty. The costs of operation are divided into two types administrative costs and compliance costs.

Contents: The course mainly introduces the basic knowledge/theory and skills of tax agent. It includes agent theory and practice on taxations of China, such as VAT/business tax/excuse tax/cooperate income tax/personal income tax etc.
 
International Taxation
Requisites: Public Finance, Accounting, Principles of Taxation
Contents: The course mainly introduces basic principles of international taxation, including taxation in foreign countries/tax system concerning foreigners/international tax affairs/bilateral tariff agreement/bilateral trade agreement/tariff customs union/tariff barrier.
 
Tax System of Foreign Countries
Requisites: Public Finance, Accounting, Principles of Taxation、International Taxation etc.
Contents: The course introduces foreign taxes and their imposition methods, foreign tax structure, foreign tax burden, foreign tax preferences, foreign tax jurisdiction and foreign tax administration system. It can establish a basis for students to carry on international tax consulting and international tax problems.
 
Tax Administration

Contents: The course mainly introduces the basic theory and practice methods and skills of tax management of tax bureau in China. It includes the summary of tax management, tax law management, tax management basis, tax collection control, tax administrative punishment and litigation, tax agency and so on. The course aims to help students learn the main theory and methods of Chinese tax management.
 
Taxation Laws

Content: The course mainly introduces the current system of Chinese taxation laws and the legal regulations of the essential factors of every tax. It includes introduction of taxation laws, value added tax law, consumption tax law, business tax law, tariff law, enterprise income tax law, individual income tax law and so on. The course aims to make students learn China's current tax law system, basic knowledge and skills of tax calculating and payment of main-body taxes so as to build good base of future relevant course learning.
 
Tax-Related Laws
Requisites: Public Finance, Accounting, Principles of Taxation, International Taxation
Content: The course, one of the RTA test subjects, mainly introduces the main laws related to tax agent in our current legal system including the basic theories of laws, the administration laws, the civil and commercial law, the economic law, the criminal law, the litigation methods of the civil, criminal and administration cases and so on. The course intends to help the students to primarily learn the law concepts and law regulations so as to build good base for tax agent working.
 
Evaluation of Asset

Content: The course introduces fundamental theories and basic methods of the evaluation of asset, also theories, principles and guiding thoughts for how to handle particular evaluation affairs. The course helps students to grasp evaluation methods of all kinds of asset transactions, and know about international criteria of asset evaluation through case analysis.

Content: The course is the study of fundamental principles and system of management of national assets. Content: The course is introduced from the financial assets of knowledge, combined with the method of asset evaluation, introduced assess knowledge of the financial assets. Content: real estate valuation is one of the required courses for the students majoring in asset evaluation. It includes mainly the basic theory of real estate valuation, the methods and procedures of real estate valuation, valuation and practice of kinds of real estate, valuation techniques, the application of mathematical statistics in real estate valuation, and IT system of real estate valuation.

Content: Valuation of Enterprise Value is one of the required courses for the students majoring in asset evaluation. It mainly includes the connotation, features and factors of enterprise value, the development of enterprise value around the world, the basic principle of enterprise value, specific valuation methods, and the content of valuation of enterprise value in the international evaluation rules.
 
Tax law

Content: This course includes an introduction to Tax Law, VAT Law of Turnover Tax, Consumption Tax Law, Business Tax Law, Enterprise Income Tax Law of Income Tax Category, Income Tax Law for Enterprises with Foreign Investment and Foreign Enterprises, The Law on Personal Income Tax, Management Act for Tax Collection and Tax Administrative Law. Teachers will explain how to use these laws according to different cases. Through the study of this course, students are to have a good mastery of the basic knowledge, theory and methods of Tax Law and have a full understanding the important function of Tax Law in tax collection, tax reformation and economic development.
 
The revenue from tax plan

Content: Tax Plan is a very practical course. This course does research on how to make use of the government’stax preference from the perspective of taxpayer to achieve the purpose of paying little or no tax to gainmaximization of profit. This course focuses mainly on the basic theory of Tax Plan, the distinction and connection among tax plan, tax evasion andtax avoidance, the basic techniques of tax plan and plan methods for different taxation. This is a compulsory course for finance majors, financial management majors and accounting majors.

Content: The Fundamentals of Real Property Valuation is the main course of the asset evaluation major. The course requires students to understand the construction project and its construction program, as well as the relevant laws and regulations, to grasp the types of commonly purposes of building materials, to master the composition and structure of the construction projects and building renovation works, to be familiar with the housing construction quality acceptance and damage assessment methods, proficiency in the determination of cost of construction, financial and functional assessment of the construction works.
